The room had a weird sound issue, but the rooftop views were amazing.

The Deluxe Queen Room I stayed in had a cozy bed, perfect for a brief rest after landing. I also appreciated the vibrant flair the hotel attempted to encapsulate in its decor, making for an inviting atmosphere in public spaces.

Every room isn’t created equal. I found myself in an older suite that felt dated and barely clean, with visible signs of neglect. The bathroom fixtures were loose, and I encountered mushrooms growing above the mirror, which is, frankly, unacceptable. I also faced a significant hassle regarding room amenities. a cot was promised for my baby but was sourced late and in poor condition. On top of that, a wedding event created noise levels that made relaxation nearly impossible until the early hours of the morning. I expected better communication about events affecting my stay and left feeling somewhat disappointed. Even nice touches couldn’t mask these glaring issues during my visit.

I loved the cheerful ambiance and the fresh breakfast options. The staff treated us like family and always went out of their way to assist us with every need.

The hallway often smelled musty, and the TV had no English channels despite multiple requests. Our check-in was delayed, and we waited longer than expected for our room.

I did find that the food options were somewhat limited for those with specific dietary preferences.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bloom Boutique, Bandra. The staff were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, and the vibrant breakfast spread with live dosa counters was a delightful surprise.

Great Amenities but Noise Concerns

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the calming rooftop bar and the vibrant vibe at the restaurant downstairs. Although I loved the spacious room and the cleanliness of the property, the noise from the rooftop bar at night was quite disruptive. it was a good experience with some minor areas for improvement.
